A Platinum Award Win for the Bottle That Started It All...

I’m very happy to share that our Noughty Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay has been named a Winner in the 2026 Janey Loves Platinum Awards, in the Food and Alcohol Free Drinks category...

... And who could question the quality of the judges?!  Janey Lee Grave, Glynis Barber, Carrie Grant and Jo Wood.

Sparkling Chardonnay was of course the bottle that started it all when we decided in 2018 to go fully non-alcoholic as a company.

When I launched it in 2019, my ambition was very simple: to create a beautiful sparkling wine that just happened to be alcohol-free. Something you could pour into a proper glass, serve at a dinner party, raise for a toast and genuinely enjoy, without feeling that you were settling for the “non-alcoholic option”.

The Janey Loves Platinum Awards celebrate products and brands across natural health and wellbeing, and Janey Lee Grace has also been a hugely influential voice in the alcohol-free world and a big fan of Noughty from Day One. So to have our original Noughty recognised by the judges is a lovely moment for us.

It also feels like another small marker of how much the conversation around drinking has changed.

Thank you to Janey and all of the Platinum Awards judges for recognising Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay, and of course to everyone who has poured a glass of Noughty, served it to friends, brought it to a dinner party or simply decided that drinking differently shouldn’t mean compromising on what’s in your glass.
