Beautifully crafted Provençal-style Rosé Wine from South Africa. <0.5% ABV.

Produced using grapes harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.

With 14 days fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.

    Refreshing and delicious

Tasted this at a wine bar in Hudson Valley, NY. Clean, crisp and delicious. Great alternative to my usual rose in the summer.

Quality control may be one issue, subscription pricing another. But taste... not so much.

I like these wines, a lot, but I ordered a mixed case of Rose and White at $25 a bottle which is a premium price for any White or Rose of ambiguous origin in the marketplace today, and by the third bottle I have already found a clunker, yeast swirling in the bottom and fermentation bubbles a plenty. I understand the expense of the de-alcoholization process, but what bothers me the most about the price of these wines is that when my local retail chain carries it, I can buy it off the shelf for $3. less than the subscription price, and if I was to run across a clunker, I could always take it back. At $18. a bottle, delivered, I would gladly drink a case of this every month for eternity and let the quality control chips fall where they may, that assuming that Noughty would not want me to publish another review with several washed out stars in it.

It was good for non-alcoholic wine but a little too sweet

    Liked the sparkling

This one started to grow on me the more I tried it

I think the sparkling aspect of this helped it take more like wine
