Noughty Rosé non-alcoholic organic vegan sparkling has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavor of this beautifully crafted bottle.

TECHNICAL DATA

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 100% organic Tempranillo
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. Four hour maceration. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
