Noughty Monté Non-Alcoholic Red Wine
Noughty Monté Non-Alcoholic Red Wine is an elegantly produced and elevated Syrah wine that has been expertly dealcoholised down to less than 0.5% ABV and retains the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle.

Varietal: 100% Syrah grapes
Vineyards: Produced with Syrah grapes from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling, South Africa. The grapes are grown in strategically selected sites, which get the warm sunny and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Deep soils from decomposed granite and rich clay help to provide good drainage.
Winemaking: Dealcoholised to 0.5% using a gently spun cone technology under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, colour and flavour. It is aged in French Oak for more than 12 months during malolactic fermentation to give more structure and depth to the wine. Although not a single vineyard production, we use grapes from only a couple of vineyards to give more concentration.

Noughty Non-Alcoholic Blanc
Noughty Blanc Non-Alcoholic White Wine has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavor of this beautifully crafted bottle.

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 55% Chenin Blanc / 45% Chardonnay
Vineyards: The grapes are harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region, where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.
Winemaking: With 14 days fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for two months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.

TASTING NOTES
Notes of yellow apple, lime, melon and chamomile are predominant on the nose, with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine on the palate. Good balance of acidity and fruitiness.

A refreshing white wine that will pair well with light fish dishes, soft and creamy cheeses as well as spicy food such as Indian and Thai plates.
