Noughty Shines at Chicago's National Restaurant Association Event

Noughty Premium Non-Alcoholic Wine was represented in Chicago this month by its founder and CEO Amanda Thomson and Business Manager Verity Martin where some of America's top chefs were on hand to present some of the finest food and drink on the market.

Described as "the Western Hemisphere's most influential foodservice event showcasing industry innovations and trends", the annual event began in 1919 and "brings together restaurant operators and foodservice professionals for four days of celebrity-led demos, exhibits, sampling, education and networking."

Hosted at Chicago's McCormick Place, the National Restaurant Association reaffirmed its status as the premier event for the foodservice industry.  The show attracted more than 58,000 foodservice professionals from across the United States and around the globe, representing 124 countries.

It saw a 6% increase in total attendance—with 22% international growth—compared to last year, highlighting its growing influence and importance within the industry. With a 9% increase in exhibit space compared to 2023, the show floor provided a comprehensive platform for industry professionals to connect and collaborate.

Noughty was positioned in the heart of the Chef's Warehouse area pouring its delicious non-alcoholic portfolio.

"We were excited to introduce Noughty to many from the US Hospitality industry who welcomed us with open arms," says Amanda.  "It's clear from the reaction over the four days we were there that Americans have been waiting for us to arrive!"
